Working with QED is easy. We try to take the pain out of the contractual arrangements by being flexible and adapting to our client's needs. If requested, we can assist you in developing and defining your requirements. We believe that transparency in our contractual and financial dealings are as important as in our consulting work. We endeavor to develop trust and confidence with our clients.

In the interest of serving our clients, QED often forms strategic alliances to address special client requirements. QED forms teams with other companies when the size, complexity or special capabilities required for a project are beyond our abilities. In these relationships, we can play either the prime or subcontractor role.

GSA Professional Services Schedule (GSA PSS)

The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) is a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) provides a streamlined, effective commercial contracting vehicle for both customers and vendors. PSS gives federal agencies the ability to use a single long-term, government-wide contract to procure simple to complex fixed-price, time and materials, or labor-hour professional services. All PSS Contracts are awarded with a 5-year base period and three 5-year option periods. Task orders must be solicited and awarded prior to the PSS contract expiring and may extend up to 5 years after the PSS contract expires. The core disciplines of PSS contracts include:

Language services
Logistics services
Advertising and integrated marketing services
Professional engineering services

Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST)

The FAA eFast Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) functions as a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for small businesses to provide a broad range of technical, professional, and support services. The eFast MOA is available for use by the FAA and all federal agencies on a limited basis and when it is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. MOA holders are small businesses that have been pre-qualified with established ceiling rates across an array of labor categories. QED Consulting, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVSBO) eFast MOA holder under the following functional areas:
