Beginning a relationship with QED is easy. If you are with a business or
nonprofit organization, we can provide you with sample contract documents.
We will be happy to work with you to establish an acceptable statement of
work and contract. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
For Government clients there are several options:
Government purchase cards: QED is pleased to accept Government Visa and MasterCard purchases.
GSA MOBIS Schedule: The QED GSA MOBIS (Management, Organizational
and Business Improvement Services) Schedule is a streamlined procurement
vehicle available to federal agencies for obtaining services and products
from pre-qualified vendors. QED has completed the federally mandated contracting
requirements—competition, pricing, and other contracting
evaluations. Our schedule number is GS-10F-0264K. For more information please
