QED's founders, Earl Pence and Doug Rachford, lead and manage the firm.
They are joined by the firm's four program managers - Donald Smith, Lisa Cuebas Shaw, Brian Shaw, and QED's senior financial
manager, Fonda Wise. Together, they provide strategic leadership for
the company. As a team, they establish the ongoing vision for QED's future
and manage the human and financial resources required to transform the vision
into reality.
